Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at frozenpondhempco@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, unused products, or mistakes made during checkout.
However, we will provide a full refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the incorrect item
- Your package is lost in transit (verified by official tracking)
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product/issue.
